The first Montgomery listserver met an untimely fate at the end of 2001. There is no longer a way to search the old or new messages, so I have loaded all of the messages into a database for easier searching. You can view the current listserver archive for messages posted after the date above. For additional assistance, see "Search Tips" below. I've also put in some pre-built search queries for the most popular topics; they are located just below the form. Just click on a topic and the correct search will be submitted for you. E-mail me if you have a topic you would like added.

Search Tips:

The first three fields search the body of the message.
You can search by any term found in the "Date:" field. Use four numbers for a year (1999), or enter a month by the the first three letters (like Sep or Mar.) Searching a "Date:" value alone will yield too many results.
You can search by a message author in the "From:" field. Sometimes the field contains only the e-mail address, sometimes only the name, and sometimes both. Consider that e-mail addresses sometimes change.
Use of broad terms like "Montgomery", "sail", etc., should be avoided as they will yield too many results.
Searches are case-insensitive.
