The hull is in very good condition for it's age. The gel coat is in very good condition as well. The centerboard is in need of sanding again. The brightwork is in good condition, with the exception of the runners for the hatch. They should be repaired or replaced. There are 3 headsails - a storm jib, A self tending club jib with a boom, and a working jib. The main has 2 reef points. All sails are in used, but usable condition. The rigging is in pretty good condition as well.

Inside, the cushions are in good condition, with good foam and there are no worn spots or big stains. These boats were finished in beautiful oak and teak inside.The wood could use a good cleaning and maybe some oiling.

The motor is a 4 stroke 9.9 HP Nissan that is about 4 years old. It has very few hours on it and starts right up. You hardly know it is running when idling.
