All questions about the boat will be cheerfully and promptly answered. DESCRIPTION I ordered this boat from the factory in Ontario, CA and got delivery in August 2000. I ordered it with four bronze opening portholes (all equal size) which cost an extra $2,500. I also got a galvanized Pacific Trailer. The accent stripe under the gunwale is green. The sails that came with the boat are still like-new and I never bought extra sails. The boat has anti-fouling bottom paint on the hull even though it has never been in salt water. The name on the stern is Dances With Waves. EXTRAS I bought a Honda 4-stroke outboard motor which has very few hours on it. I had it serviced last winter (and the gas was drained for storage). I special- ordered cockpit cushions made with 5-inch high-density foam. They are covered in green naugahyde (to match the stripe) and they are very comfortable. I had a cabinet-maker make a solid red oak tiller handle. The boat comes with a manual bilge pump, and everything the Coast Guard requires for you to pass inspection. It comes with lots of other goodies (you won;t need to buy anything). I bought new green nylon dock lines and a full set of fastpins for easy rigging. I had one stay replaced (it somehow got bent in storage). CONDITION This boat is in excellent condition. The teak trim needs oiling but that’s it. I had solid mahogany companion way panels made but they warped slightly (although they still work). The cabin cushions are like new (they are sealed in plastic and stored under my house). The sails are also like new (they are stored in the sailbag in a closet in my house). There’s no damage to this boat. I’ve never rammed anything and used a rubber raft to get out to the buoy. This boat and trailer have always been well-maintained. I had a new keel-line installed in 2005 for raising and lowereing the swing-keel. HISTORY I picked up the boat at the factory in Ontario, California in August 2000. I towed it to my home in San Jose where I kept it under an awning until I retired the following year and moved to Keseyville, California on the shoreline of Clearlake (150 miles north of San Francisco). The following spring I launched the boat. The boat was tied to a buoy in Clearlake in early April 2003. It was taken out the following November and spent the winter under an awning in my back yard. I launched and retrieved the boat for the following 3 years until 2007 when I injured my back. The boat has been under a large awning in my back yard since November 2007..

The gel coat is in very good condition as well. The centerboard is in need of sanding again. The brightwork is in good condition, with the exception of the runners for the hatch. They should be repaired or replaced. These boats were finished in beautiful oak and teak inside.The wood could use a good cleaning and maybe some oiling. The motor is a 4 stroke 9.9 HP Nissan that is about 4 years old.
